Two Presidents & A Picture!!

Friday Afternoon, Madison Avenue, New York City, 2010.

“In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans … have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging.   I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
~  Barack Hussein Obama, 'The Audacity of Hope' p. 261.  October 2006. ~

"In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin.   But this is predicated upon the man's becoming in very fact an American, and nothing but an American ... There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language ... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."
 ~ Theodore Roosevelt,  1907.  ~

  1. “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.” Omar Ahmad, Founder of CAIR, the Council of American Islamic Relations, On 14th June, 2003!!!

Shall we build a Mosque on the hallowed ground where our Two Towers stood, then??

  2. It is my considered opinion that we ought NOT to build the confounded thing. That said, I will defend the legal RIGHT to build the miserable wretch of an edifice lest we hand Osama bin Laden the victory- that he had forced us to compromise our very core principals.

And BTW, when your opponent is busy trying to self-destruct, busy trying to build a mosque on Ground Zero in the instant case, never stop him....

  3. I don't understand how CAIR says things like that, and also does things like support HAMAS (which kills their own people for disagreeing with them) and we ignore those parts. Why do we ignore their bad qualities? It's like this friend I have, who had a crazy boyfriend for the first four years I knew her. He said things like "I'm sane about 90% of the time", and bragged "She only had to call the police three times in four years", as if less than once a year is a good record, as if 3 times isn't 3 times too many. That's what CAIR is like. It's like that kind of boyfriend.
